Customers may request a refund within 14 days of an eligible purchase in accordance with Paddle buyer protection requirements and applicable consumer protection laws.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle buyer protection standards, applicable consumer protection laws, subscription status, transaction timing, and platform service usage.
Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals. Customers may continue using paid features until the active billing period expires.
